4. Billing & Insurance

RASMED Clinic accepts most major insurance plans. However, it is the patient's responsibility to verify coverage with their provider. Co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered services are due at the time of service according to NY State billing guidelines.

5. Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, which is not covered by insurance.
